Joe's fourth studio album "Here's What I Believe" features new songs co-written by Joe and interpretations of songs including Whitney Houston's I Look to You, Something's Gotten Hold of my Heart and Queen's Love of my Life.

Joe has spent this week promoting the album and rehearsing for two live shows next week, in London and Newcastle as well as preparing for Sunday's Great North Run.

Joe spoke to me about the new material and also revealed his thoughts on the subject of  online 'trolling' and Cheryl's return to the X Factor.

Just don't expect him to wear Lady Gaga's meat dress any day soon.
