I'm just about to head down to Hyde Park for this weekend's Wireless Festival. Looking forward to see Rihanna, Jessie J, Nicki Minaj, Drake amongst others. Hopefully I'll be catching up with Tulisa and Rizzle Kicks-who are always good to chat to!

Back to last Tuesday, which I might as well re-name Katy Perry day. I started the day chatting to Katy, at a rather lovely London hotel, as she promoted new film Part of Me 3D. Katy was on fine form and despite some comments and stick from the boss this week, she told me she liked my blazer! Ted Baker, fyi and the thiinking behind it? I was Ken to her Barbie..yeah?! Oh..

Check out the back drop to the interview, as the whole scene was designed for her. I wanted the cat lamp. Near the end, listen out for Katy's amazing Adele impression but ignore her prediction that I'll turn into a diva, after my 8 second cameo in the movie! ' I need a cheeseboard now!!'

Then, on Tuesday night, I worked the pink carpet at Katy's London premiere, where she chatted me to live on Capital FM. That was another career high as Katy burped the alphabet for me, her Olympic sport of choice. Now that's a skill! Misha B, Conor Maynard, Jade Ewen, Towie cast and the Lawson lads were also there-look out for their new video btw. But guess what? Those giant lollipops, ice-cream sundaes and popcorn boxes weren't actually real. Wtf?! Talk about crushing disappointment.
