Well, that's exactly what happened a couple of weeks ago when Kylie Minogue delivered a Mastercard Priceless Surprise to a fan called Adam, who just happened to be throwing some shapes in a North London dance studio when all of us sudden Kylie delivers a unique performance of her amazing new single "Into The Blue." Luckily several cameras captured the moment and the "Priceless Surprise" will air during the 2014 Brit Awards on Wednesday February 19th.

Kylie told me "It was brilliant actually. I strutted into the gym in a beaded dress and stilettos and I had four dancers with me and of course everyone was on it. He was very cool..and he kept it together and when I performed Into The Blue in the middle of the gym, it was like he couldn't move! And when I got close to him he was literally trembling, his whole body trembled."

An hour later, I found myself sitting in an empty physio-room in said North London gym (complete with biological charts and weighing scales) chatting to one of the greatest pop artists of the past quarter century about her forthcoming Mastercard gig, which will be announced soon with Kylie promising a setlist comprising of new and old material; "I just want to them all to hear it. The response to Into The Blue has been amazing. So I can't wait to get the music out there and performing it for everyone with some old stuff too. So yeah, I can't wait"

A radiant Kylie also talked to me about working with both Enrique and Pharrell for the Kiss Me Once album, confessing that she cried during both studio sessions; "It sounds like I cry all the time but I honestly don't..I just had some teary moments! But yeah it's good when it happens."

And after wowing British fans on the current series BBC 1's The Voice UK (she is amazing, right..) sitting alongside will.i.am, Kylie also told me
that hopes to release the tracks she recently recorded with Will.

"We did work together for this album but we didn't really have time to finesse the tracks but there's a couple of songs in waiting and I would love to have a track out with Will."

But the big question? Will Kylie tour the "Kiss Me Once" album before the end of the year? After all, it's been too long since Aphrodite..
"I'm already discussing ideas of what I will do but I cannot give you a date yet as I don't have it. There's a chance it could happen this side of New Years Eve- a chance-but I literally I cannot tell you if that will happen but I'd be very happy with that."

And it wouldn't be a Brit Awards without Kylie. Remember the 2002 Justin Timberlake 'moment' and that performance of Wow..

Well, rejoice as Kylie also confirmed that she'll once again attend the ceremony and present an award on the night.
"Now that my song is out I'm actually looking forward to the Brits and celebrating the biggest songs of the past year and highlighting some new talent." Hurrah for that.
