So I've had another busy week which included a trip to St James Palace yesterday, to cover a Princes Trust reception hosted by HRH Prince of Wales. I met so many amazing "job ambassadors" and chatted to the likes of will.iam, Dynamo, Naomie Harris and Carol Vorderman. Quite a day really.

And I spent last night watching the amazing new Sam Mendes production of Charlie and The Chocolate Factory, which opens next week at London's Theatre Royal Drury Lane. A truly stunning production, so grab yourself a dairy-milk and go see it immediately.

Oh and before I go, here's me chatting to the stars of Man of Steel, the new Superman film.

And although the camera shot is too high, I confirm that I conducted the interviews wearing my red pants outside of my trousers. Naturally.
