Speaking to me this week at the Pride of Britain awards, 16 year old Ella confirmed that she 'couldn't stop grinning' after Adele tweeted her support, two weeks ago.

'She's like a golden globe artist and I'm a huge fan of hers..and if I do meet her, I'll be incredibly starstruck. But I'm so happy for her right now.'

But with Cher also tweeting about Ella's rendition of Cher's 1998 hit Believe, the press have speculated as to whether Cher or Adele would be chosen duet with the singer.

Ella told me 'I'm not even looking as far as the final..I'm living for the present and I think that's the best way to look at it.'

Ella is singing the perfect No.1 song for Bonfire weekend, admitting that 'it's a massive song. It's quite modern but a favourite song of mine, so yeah I can't wait..'

And the big question for Ella. Which judge has the freshest breath? 'Well, erm, Nicole..it's minty fresh!'
